How to Experience Longer and More Mind-Blowing Orgasms

It’s tempting to stimulate a woman’s negative pole by way of aggressive clitoral contact, but this actually causes the vagina to tighten and become positive (which is not ideal for female orgasms). #5: Too much alcohol and/or not enough water.
Dr. Fromberg argues that adequate hydration is essential for full orgasms: “The arousal tissue that extends into the connective tissue system is comprised of collage, elastin, and relaxin.” Tissue needs to be able to glide freely if a genuine orgasm is to be felt.

#8: Lack of masturbation.
Dr. Van Kirk has found that “Orgasm breeds orgasm.” Fantasizing and imagining while masturbating makes it far easier to orgasm during conventional sex—so be sure to get creative at least three times each and every week.
